Appeals: Should Your Real Estate Taxes Be Challenged?
As
real estate taxes skyrocket, many taxpayers have begun to look for ways to
reduce their tax payments. Because the amount of real estate tax
that you pay is a function of your property value, it is essential that you
file a tax appeal if you think the municipality has over-assessed your
property.
