Now we need to discuss two concepts which will make or break your rehab project’s success.  They are deeply intertwined, each with its own nuances.

The first is the concept of Project Sequencing, and the second is the concept of Critical Path.

Any project is made up of a number of defined tasks.  Each of those tasks has an amount of time it will take to complete; which is known as “duration”.  Each of those tasks will also be done by a specific Trade or contractor.  So, we need to define 1) what needs to be done, 2) how long will it take, and 3) who will do it.

Setting these tasks up in the appropriate order will ensure that you are not “doubling back” to do work a second time……..(to be continued)
