Instead of talking about deals in theory, we’re going to work through real ones brought by members. 

Bring a deal you’re working on now. Bring one you already own that isn’t performing the way you expected. Bring one you recently lost and still aren’t sure whether you should have handled differently. 

We’ll look at what’s actually happening, what problem needs to be solved, and whether there’s a practical way to improve the deal. 

Because sometimes the problem isn’t the property. 

It’s the price. Or the terms. Or the financing. Or the expenses. Or the exit strategy. Or the fact that you’re trying to make the deal do something it simply won’t do. 

The more complete your information is, the more useful the discussion will be. Be ready to provide the property address, the financial details, the current situation, and the specific problem you’re trying to solve. 

We’ll cover: 

• How to identify the real problem that’s keeping a deal from working
  • Which numbers, facts, and assumptions need a second look
  • How changes in price, terms, financing, or strategy may improve the outcome 
  • How to evaluate whether an existing property can perform better 
  • What you may be able to learn from a deal you recently lost 
  • When it makes sense to keep working on a deal—and when it’s time to let it go
