Scott Kerico – Scott has 20+ years of investing experience. He has rehabbed & flipped over 100 properties, as well as owns 1,400 multi-family units.

Anthony Verlarde – Anthony has been investing since 2021 and has pursued long-term holds and flips. He has purchased properties from Bergen County to all the way to southern Ocean County.

Tom Marinelli – Tom is a licensed real estate agent, buy and hold investor, as well as a new home builder in NJ. His base of operations is on beautiful Long Beach Island.

As you can see, Lisa’s panel will cover everything from multi-family rentals to Jersey Shore seasonal rentals and builds.
