Virtual Online Meeting!
Receipts in a shoebox? Expenses scattered across three credit cards? Not quite sure what your accountant actually needs from you? You’re not alone.
Join us for a virtual Landlording Call focused on getting the financial side of your rental properties organized, understandable, and ready for tax season.
We’ll be joined by Michael Al-Moustafa, CPA, CMA, MAcc and Leyla Saavedra, Accountant & Tax Advisor, for a panel-style discussion on bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial best practices for landlords and real estate investors.
We’ll cover practical topics such as how landlords should organize income and expenses, common bookkeeping mistakes, preparing clean records for tax season, managing multiple properties or entities, and when it may make sense to work with a bookkeeper, accountant, or CPA.
The conversation will include prepared questions followed by an open Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions about the accounting and bookkeeping challenges that come with owning rental property.
