Joyce Aponte brings over 37 years of unwavering commitment to the real estate industry, as a licensed broker in New Jersey. She combines deep market knowledge and hands-on experience, in all aspects of Real Estate, but with a special expertise in the Foreclosure Sector.  Guiding both first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors toward successful acquisitions in the foreclosure market, Joyce also spends countless hours working with homeowners in foreclosure bringing families much needed information to hopefully save their home.

  Oversees all phases of residential and investment property transactions, from initial market analysis through closing.

  Decades of expertise in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating REO (Real Estate Owned) properties, ensuring clients capitalize on distressed-asset opportunities.  

• During the early 2000's Joyce was hired by Lenders to visit homeowners in default to provide workable options if possible.
