Howard "Bud" Evans is a retired U.S. Air Force officer with 35 years of service, a retired police officer with 13 years in law enforcement, former Mayor of Cinnaminson, New Jersey, real estate investor, entrepreneur, and nationally recognized mentor for veterans and first responders entering real estate investing and business ownership. He owns and operates multiple real estate and business ventures, including rental property portfolios and a property management company serving investors throughout Southern New Jersey. As a mentor and coach with From Military to Millionaire and a collaborator with Kingdom 320, Bud focuses on leadership development, operational systems, accountability, mindset, and helping entrepreneurs use AI and automation to improve efficiency and execution.
