MOBILE HOME INVESTING--THE FORGOTTEN CASH COW 

Join us for our July Main Meeting where MREIA's own Eduart Renart will show you why mobile homes are a good investment when you are looking for quick cash and long-term cash flow.

Eduard has been buying and selling mobile homes for over 7 years and uses unusual techniques to buy mobile homes for cheap. A meeting you don't want to miss if you don't have too much money to get started or simply looking for a new way to get cash flow.

MREIA'S INAUGURAL NORTH JERSEY MEETING HIGHLIGHT

Wow, what a great start we had at The Oakley Restaurant in Nutley, NJ on June 24th!

Thanks to all of our members and guests who braved the heat to join us.  

Tuesday's Inaugural Event at the Oakley in Nutley was a rousing success. The room was packed with many new faces coming to learn what MREIA is all about. 

Discussed was how MREIA started in North Jersey as the Lowry Group in the early 1980's and is NJ's oldest Investors Association dedicated to the individual investor. 

Participants inquired about the benefits of MREIA Membership, the education in areas such as property acquisition, negotiation, property and business management, creative deal structuring, self-directed IRA's, wonderful vendor discounts such as Home Depot, our extensive video library, and our most valuable asset--the networking and sharing information among our members. 

Thanks and welcome to our new members who joined our community. 

On behalf of the MREIA Team, we want to thank Universal Loans, United Real Estate, along with our other vendors who helped make the night truly memorable. 

Finally, we want to thank our long-time members who came out to support us at the new location and help spread the word about MREIA. 

Remember, going forward the North Jersey Meetings will be held the 4th Wednesday of the month at the Oakley, and we look forward to seeing you there.

JUNE MAIN MEETING HIGHLIGHT

Estate Planning for Real Estate Investors

If you were at the MREIA Main Meeting in June, you were treated to a lively and informative presentation from Jennifer L. Saint-Louis, Esq., Chief Counsel of the Estate & Trust Division of one of NJ's premier law firms.

Ms. Saint-Louis detailed the importance of proper estate planning for both personal (guardianship/health care) objectives, as well as business and liability using trusts/corporate entities to protect your family and your assets.

What made her presentation stand out from a real estate Investor point of view is the focus on using proper entities and title holding vehicles that are unique to our industry.

Really, where else can you go find this kind of information tailored to the real estate investor, such as multi-state property holdings, land trust to living trust, etc.?
