The May 2025 MREIA General Meeting featured Dave Corsi presenting examples on how to make investment properties produce a positive cash flow in high priced real estate areas.
A lively discussion ensued showing creative ways (you must think outside the box!) to take opportunities and turn them into win-win situations.
The Meeting also featured a segment on the difference between “service animals”, “support animals” and “pets”.
MREIA’s free form open discussion meetings are what makes us stand out from the pre-packaged, highly scripted meetings that typify many other real estate investment groups.
